A recruitment agency is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Rugby. The role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing and providing administrative support to the HR team. Candidates should have experience in payroll administration, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a salary of £35,700 (FTE) plus bonuses, with flexible working hours and a hybrid option after 6 months.
Thefutureworks has an exciting new opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator for our client in Rugby (12 month contract).
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, whilst also maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also act as Administrative support to the HR team, ensuring all data is accurately entered and updated on People Systems, writing and issuing of letters and support on a project implementing a new HR system.
