A recruitment specialist in finance and accountancy is looking for Payroll Coordinators to manage payroll and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations. The role offers an annual salary up to £32,000 and supports hybrid working. Candidates must have experience in payroll and possess strong communication skills.
Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based on the outskirts of York to recruit two Payroll Coordinators, both on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for running the monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate input of data from timesheets, you will ensure compliance with starter and leaver documentation and manage PAYE/NI payments and reconciliations. You will also be responsible producing P11Ds and P60s and administer expense claims in line with HMRC regulations. You will handle employee payroll queries and manage HMRC communications including RTI.
