WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PAYROLL BUREAU ADMINISTRATOR
  • Annual Salary of c £30,000

THE ROLE OF THE PAYROLL BUREAU ADMINISTRATOR

Will report to the Payroll Manager and will work as part of a small / proactive and friendly Payroll team your role include

  • process of Client Payrolls – with differing Payroll frequencies
  • accurate update of Client and Employee Records – using In House Systems
  • working across a range of queries from Clients / HMRC and Internal Teams
  • process of CIS returns
  • preparation of Year End records
  • preparation of a range of Client Reports and Payroll Cost Analysis

As a person and to be suited to the Payroll Bureau Administrator role you will need

  • a minimum of 3 years Payroll experience
  • be comfortable working across a range of Client Payrolls
  • be able to plan and manage your own days and workloads
  • have a strong attention to detail
