Overview

PAYROLL & BENEFITS OFFICER


Working 24 hours per week (over 3 days). FTE salary £36,150 - £39,904 depending on skills and experience. Actual pro rated salary £21,607 - £23,851. Initially this is a fixed term contract for one year, working all year round. Required as soon as possible.


Responsibilities

We are looking for a new Payroll & Benefits Officer who will own and run the in-house payroll function end-to-end, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. The role includes responsibility for payroll management, employment tax expertise, along with pensions and benefits administration.
