About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager and working closely with the People Business Partnering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and colleagues have the support they need to make the most of their benefits.

What you will be doing
  • Supporting the monthly payroll process for approximately 800 UK colleagues, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assisting with the development and administration of international payroll systems and processes.
  • Supporting annual remuneration reviews, reporting, and payroll‑related projects.
  • Responding to payroll and benefits queries from colleagues promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting benefits renewals, internal promotions, and communications.
  • Assisting the People Business Partnering team with ad‑hoc HR and payroll projects.
Who we are looking for

You’ll have a good understanding of payroll and benefits administration and be confident working with HR systems and large datasets. Experience with UK payroll processing is essential, along with a background in benefits administration and reporting.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience with international payroll or multi‑country processes.
  • Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and employee record management.
  • Relevant payroll or HR qualifications.
