A leading risk management firm in London is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Assistant to ensure smooth payroll operations for approximately 800 colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll and benefits administration along with experience in UK payroll processing. We’re looking for a friendly and organised Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager and working closely with the People Business Partnering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and colleagues have the support they need to make the most of their benefits.
You’ll have a good understanding of payroll and benefits administration and be confident working with HR systems and large datasets. Experience with UK payroll processing is essential, along with a background in benefits administration and reporting.
