A human resources consultancy is seeking a Compensation / Payroll and Benefits Administrator to support the Compensation and Benefits Manager and help manage the payroll processes. Responsibilities include data entry for new hires and processing payroll changes, ensuring compliance, and assisting with benefits administration. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll administration experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Our client is looking for a Compensation/ Payroll and Benefits Administrator to support a Compensation and Benefits Manager and a small team.
4 days in office – 1 day from home.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (with flexibility). This role could be great for a parent returner to work.
