Job summary

A payroll services provider in Herefordshire is seeking a Payroll Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will assist in payroll processes, ensure accuracy, and comply with statutory regulations for the UK and Ireland. Overview

Our north Herefordshire based client requires a Payroll Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role will be to assist the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for colleagues across their UK and Ireland sites

What you can expect
  • Annual salary: circa 28,000, depending on experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
  • 33 days holidays including bank holidays
  • Discretionary 10% bonus based on company performance

What you will be doing

  • Respond to employee queries
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
