  • Process two monthly payrolls end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with HR for payroll accuracy.
  • Handle HMRC and pension reporting tasks.
  • Respond to payroll queries from stakeholders.
  • Process AP invoices through 3-way matching.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and payroll recharge invoices.
  • Support internal audits and year-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end processing of two monthly payrolls.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments for payroll accuracy.
  • Handle HMRC and pension reporting as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external payroll queries.
  • Process AP invoices using 3-way matching and proforma invoices.
  • Reduce aged GRNI and process intercompany AP invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and monthly payroll recharge invoices.
  • Prepare account reconciliations for intercompany and payroll.
  • Support internal SOX auditing and external year-end reporting.
Key skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in payroll processing essential.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Understanding of basic financial statements.
  • High level of personal integrity.
