A leading rail operator in the UK seeks a Payroll and HR Systems Implementation Trainer to develop and deliver training for a new HR system. As GWR implements its new HR and payroll system, PeopleXD, you will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption across GWR’s 7,000+ colleagues. Your role will be to develop a training strategy, create learning materials for multiple delivery formats, facilitate training sessions that build user confidence and capability, and provide post‑implementation support.
In this role you will work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to minimise capability gaps, drive adoption, and ensure GWR colleagues are fully prepared to embrace the new HR and payroll processes.

This role will mainly be based in our HQ in Swindon, with an element of hybrid working and training in other locations. Our office is conveniently located just a short walk from Swindon Train Station, and this role comes with free travel on the GWR network.
