Job summary

A creative organisation in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their team. The role involves processing payroll, managing accounts receivable, and supporting financial administration. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Sage50 Payroll. Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role.
  • Strong experience using Sage50 Payroll is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive, flexible approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Processing monthly payroll, including commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Creating and reconciling sales invoices.
  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely debt collection.
  • Supporting with purchase invoice processing and financial administration.
  • Providing cover for holiday and sickness within the finance team.
  • Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.

Are you an experienced Payroll and Finance Administrator looking to join a fast-growing, creative organisation making waves in the international arts industry?
Our client, is a pioneering company helping artists and creative businesses thrive, working with some of the world’s best artists and clients across 25+ countries. They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their friendly finance team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
