Act as a purchasing officer for the assigned business area and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Aramark Accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a purchasing officer for the assigned business area and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Aramark Accounts.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of cashless sales, accurate and efficient time and attendance scheduling, and oversee and support component managers with payroll checking.
  • Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legislation and internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality on personal and accounting information.

Qualifications
  • Resided in the UK for the past 3 years with a legal right to work in the UK and are able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Experience of maintaining the day-to‑day management of the accounts and payroll functions.
  • Analytical and methodical, with proven experience in accounts and payroll administration, with a current knowledge of company account systems (e.g. Opx, GFF and Cognos) and be proficient in payroll procedures, MOD pay rules and payroll software (e.g. SAP, Kronos) and MS Office.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP.

Location & Compensation

This is a full‑time position, annual salary £27,000, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Shifts between 08:00 and 16:30 (with flexibility).
