Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Finance Analyst for a 2 month interim contract in Central London. The role focuses on payroll analytics, reporting and modelling to support business performance.

You will work with Finance Business Partners and the Financial Controller to deliver payroll analysis, overhead analysis and timely financial information for senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA required.
• Strong analytical, payroll analytics and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with payroll data and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed payroll analysis and reporting, ~80% of the role.
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends, variances and insights.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and analytical tools.
• Conduct overhead analysis and assess costs and performance.
• Provide accurate, timely financial information to stakeholders.
• Interpret complex data and present findings clearly to finance partners.
• Support reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Take ownership of workload and support the wider finance team when needed.
