Job Description
Payroll Analyst - DayForce (Remote)
- Assisting with the management of payroll processing within DayForce.
- Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Documenting all testing procedures and results for future reference.
- Training and supporting team members in payroll activities.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of staff regarding payroll-related queries.
- Ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to the company's standards and regulations.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using Dayforce software.
- Provide support for payroll queries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
Payroll Analyst - DayForce (Remote)
- Able to commit to a minimum of a 6 month term (Remote working)
- DayForce experience is ESSENTIAL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to test scripts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very strong ability to work independently
- The ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Being agile as and when the project progresses to change responsibility and role
