Job Description

Payroll Analyst - DayForce (Remote)

  • Assisting with the management of payroll processing within DayForce.
  • Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
  • Documenting all testing procedures and results for future reference.
  • Training and supporting team members in payroll activities.
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of staff regarding payroll-related queries.
  • Ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to the company's standards and regulations.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using Dayforce software.
  • Provide support for payroll queries and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
