A leading food service provider in Tonbridge seeks a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and administrative duties. You will ensure payroll processes run smoothly, support the team, and handle payroll queries. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and prior experience in payroll administration. This role is 24 hours a week during term-time with full training provided.

We’re recruiting an experienced Payroll Administrator who is friendly, adaptable, and confident in managing a range of payroll and administrative duties for Chartwells.
This is a part-time, term-time only role, contracted to 24 hours per week across 4 days.
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly and accurately, and you’ll be supported to grow within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises those who go beyond the plate.
To help you settle into the role, full training will be provided, and during your probation period you will be supported by a buddy manager who will guide you through your onboarding and day-to-day responsibilities.
24 hours per week | 4 days | 6 hours per day
(Exact days to be agreed, Monday–Friday)
