About the Role:

We are supporting our client in their search for a Payroll Administrator to join their EMEA payroll team on a three-month FTC, based in London. This team manages payroll across multiple countries, and this position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate data management and exceptional employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the EMEA payroll inbox, manage and update employee data in payroll and HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
  • Assist in preparing employment documents, maintaining trackers, and supporting employee queries.
  • Contribute to audits, reporting, and project work, providing support to payroll and HR teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll and/or people operations, with strong HRIS/data management skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (CloudPay preferred) and HCM platforms (Workday highly desirable).
