Job summary

Two Circles is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the global payroll team, supporting end-to-end payroll processing across UK, EMEA and APAC regions.

You will own key payroll tasks, manage vendor relationships (ADP, Deel, Xero), respond to payroll inquiries, assist audits and year-end activities, and work with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations. This is an early-career role with a strong foundation in UK payroll and international compliance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent educational qualifications to support this ‘early-career' role.
  • Professional approach, self-motivated&good communication skills.
  • Effective analyticalskills & confident withMSExcel.
  • Ability to work collegiatelywithpayroll/HR/finance colleagues & business customers.
  • Exposure to payroll systems (e.g. ADP, G&A, Workday,OysterHR).
  • Basic understanding ofpayroll and tax processes.

Responsibilities

  • Working with payroll vendors to deliver accurate, end-to-end payroll processing across designated UK, EMEA, and APAC payrolls.
  • Take ownership of specific payroll tasks and processes, including: Produce routine payroll updates for managers.
  • Manage relationships with payroll vendors (e.g. ADP,Deel, Xero), acting as the key point of contact for issue resolution and process alignment.
  • Manage / clear general queries in the payroll inbox.
  • Support quarterly and annual payroll auditsglobally.
  • Assist withglobalyear-end activities.
  • Administer benefits and deductions processes.
  • Work with the team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the HR team to manage employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, compensation changes), ensuring payroll inputs are accurate and compliant with company policy and local legislation
  • Act as a key link between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations
  • Providing support on ad hoc payroll initiatives to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and accuracy.

The Payroll Analyst is a key member of theglobalpayroll team, providing support in the end-to-end running of payrolls and taking ownership of key foundational tasks.
