Payroll Administrator (Full or Part Time) | Whitchurch Area |Permanent|£Negotiable DOE

An excellent opportunity available for a payroll professional to join a small and friendly team

The Company

Seymour John are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a local business based in Whitchurch, where you will be providing a professional payroll service working as part of a team.

The Opportunities

You will be responsible for delivering the payroll service, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing multiple end to end payrolls
  • Processing starters and leavers under RTI regulations, ensuring P45/P46 information is correctly inputted on the system and filing all relevant information with HMRC in a timely manner.
  • Processing year end payroll procedures and distributing P60s.
  • Managing Auto enrolment requirements, including assessing all staff and submitting contribution details to the relevant pension providers.
  • Remain up to date with the latest legislation affecting payroll.
  • Provide high standard and quality support, advice and guidance to key stakeholders
Personal Profile

You will have an excellent understanding of payroll processes with up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate who is IT literate, extremely organised with excellent time management skills. We are looking for someone who can offer a flexible approach to their work and doesn't mind supporting the wider business from time to time.
