This role involves payroll administration for approximately 400 employees, including computing pay and resolving payroll inquiries. A commitment to a flexible schedule of 25 hours per week across 3 to 5 days is required. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, with the majority of work being flexible and possibly remote after initial training. The role is based in Nottingham, making it convenient for local candidates.
This is a temporary part time role initially for around 4 months while the company goes through a systems implementation. The role is based in NG4 but after initial training most of the work could be done from home. The role could be done across 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data
Compute and process employee pay, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and any other compensation adjustments
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and external parties.
Investigate and correct any payroll discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
