Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on an interim basis in the Bristol area. This position is ideal for a payroll professional with solid end-to-end processing experience and strong attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of a busy, high-volume payroll function.

Key responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll data is up to date.
  • Handle queries from employees and managers, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Support the wider payroll function with reporting, reconciliations, and compliance tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
The ideal Payroll Administrator will be:
  • An experienced payroll professional with strong processing knowledge.
  • Confident working with high-volume or multi-site payrolls.
  • Accurate, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with payroll systems and comfortable adapting to new software.
