Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting: Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, assist with year-end statements, perform bank/debtor/creditor reconciliations, maintain bookkeeping records (using Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage), and prepare VAT returns and Revenue filings.
  • Payroll: Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment/tax laws, submit payroll returns (PSR's), and handle all client payroll queries.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI) with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish payroll is essential.
  • Proficient in both accounts and payroll software.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An IPASS payroll qualification is an advantage
