What will you be doing?

The Payments Program Manager is a high-impact, critical role reporting directly to the Senior Payments Program Manager. You will be a crucial addition to the team, assisting the Senior Payments Program Manager across a broad number of core value creation initiatives for the Arrive Payments Business Unit.

The immediate priority is successfully leading the setup of our new US acquirer and managing the migration of Card-Not-Present and Card-Present processing. This includes overseeing the end-to-end process for essential payments hardware certifications.

You will be a key part of the program management team, taking responsibility for establishing consistent processes and operational excellence that underpin the growing Payments Business Unit.

Impact and Responsibilities
  • Directly lead the program for the new US acquirer setup and the migration of payment processing from our old acquirer to our new acquirer for both Card-Not-Present (CNP) and Card-Present (CP) solutions
  • Oversee the program’s necessary payments hardware/terminal certifications (e.g., PCI-PTS, EMV) and ensure migration activities adhere to all regulatory and scheme requirements
  • Own distinct parts of complex, cross-functional programs, including scope definition, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and providing clear executive reporting to the Senior Payments Program Manager
  • Actively assist the Senior Payments Program Manager across diverse BU initiatives, offering analytical and execution support on strategic, operational, and commercial projects
  • Serve as a key liaison between external partners and internal team ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Structure and embed key new activities and processes across the Payments Business Unit to drive consistency
About You

Your experience will be a blend of deep technical payments knowledge (acquirers, certifications, migrations) combined with strong operational, structural, and program management capabilities. You will see yourself as a crucial force multiplier who helps build team processes and drives a variety of strategic BU initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Background and experience spanning program management, process management, and/or consulting
  • Proven experience in the Payments industry is required with specific exposure to acquiring implementations, payment migrations, and/or payments hardware certification processes being highly valuable
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and process documentation abilities, focusing on creating scalable workflows
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience supporting business case preparation and financial tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Having already accumulated a variety of experience, you will be curious about the payments industry and keen to quickly gain a deeper understanding
  • Be comfortable working with teams located in several countries (Global experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong English communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel across Europe and US
