Job summary

Secclis seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Payments team in a hybrid role based in Edinburgh. You’ll support day-to-day operations, engage with engineering, product and customer teams, and help scale our processes during a period of rapid growth.

The role emphasizes problem solving, delivering great customer outcomes, and ownership of cash processes with adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards. A strong background in investment platforms and CASS is valued.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Investment Management industry.
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve complex issues with strict deadlines.
• Strong domain knowledge of investment platforms, especially knowledge of the CASS environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end investigation and resolution of cash process issues.
• Deliver accurate business reporting to support performance and decisions.
• Resolve complex queries promptly and be a trusted operational partner across the business.
• Collaborate with Customer, Product and Engineering to improve outcomes and develop scalable workflows.
• Identify and drive improvements to operational workflows and cash processes.
• Support training for new starters and share knowledge.
• Contribute across Operations to maintain high service standards.
