Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of Billing and technical aspects of the Energy industry.
  • Experience in the energy/metering industry with a supervisory role.

Pay As You Go - Product Owner

Department: YUR - 2070 - Billing

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Nottingham

Reporting To: Billing Manager

Compensation: £28,000 - £30,000 / year

Description

Reports to: Billing Manager
Location: Nottingham Head Office
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

This role requires somebody to have an in-depth understanding of Billing and technical aspects of the Energy industry. Our company is growing at a rapid pace so it’s an exciting opportunity to join an organisation which can offer a long-term future career.

What We Need from Yü

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Production and reconciliation of customer PAYG manual statements
  • Investigate and resolve all escalated business and customer queries and complaints
  • Work with Operations/Commercial Analyst’s to resolve strategic queries/exceptions.
  • Ensure system development keeps pace with business requirements
  • Co-ordinate activities and information between departments, working in a co-operative manner cross functionally within the business
