Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Complete telephone triage consultations to assess eligibility

  • Escalate issues and ensure follow‑up appointments meet NHS guidelines
  • Deliver excellent service while supporting patients from all backgrounds

Job description

Patient Triage Advisor – Lung Cancer Screening
Location: Universal House, Erf Way, Middlewich. Please note: The nearest bus stop is approximately one mile away, so we recommend that applicants hold a valid driving licence for ease of travel.
Salary: £23,809.50 + Commission
Hours: Full-time | 8-hour shifts between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible working pattern), working 1 Saturday per month 8 am – 12 pm
