A community health service provider in Scotland seeks a Patient Travel Assistant to join their busy team. This role is office-based, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency in computer skills. Applicants should have SVQ3 level education and experience in public-facing administrative roles. This full-time position offers a salary range of £28,011 - £30,230 annually, plus a Distant Island Allowance.
Substantive – Full Time (37 hours per week)
The Patient Travel Department is looking to recruit a Patient Travel Assistant to join the team. In this role you will work in an extremely busy yet rewarding environment, providing a service that directly benefits patients. The post is office‑based, and upon completion of training you will be required to take part in the on‑call rota for evenings and weekends.
