Mayfield Medical Centre is looking for a motivated and reliable administrator to join our Patient Services Team. You would be joining a dedicated team who deliver a high standard of administrative support within the practice to meet the needs of our patient demographic.

Main duties of the job

As a member of frontline staff you will be the first point of contact for our service users and visitors. You will need to be non-judgemental with excellent communication and listening skills. We are a very busy practice so you must be able to deal objectively and professionally in a calm and approachable manner when liaising with patients, staff, healthcare professionals and outside agencies.
