Your role

As a Pivotal Part Of Our Team, You Will

  • Be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly.
  • Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly.

Working Hours

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week across five days Monday - Saturday (some Saturday working on rotation).
