An independent healthcare charity is seeking a Patient Safety & Risk Lead to advance patient safety initiatives. You will oversee a team and ensure compliance with national standards, while contributing to risk management strategies. Ideal candidates must have extensive experience in patient safety and clinical governance, alongside strong leadership skills. This role offers a hybrid working model with a competitive salary.

We are currently looking for a Patient Safety & Risk Lead to join the Senior Operational Team.
As the Patient Safety & Risk Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our patient safety agenda. You will lead the delivery of a robust patient safety & risk function, ensuring that BPAS continues to meet & exceed national & regulatory standards.
We're looking for a registered health professional registered with the NMC or HCPC, with extensive experience in patient safety, clinical governance, and incident management. You'll have strong leadership skills, demonstrated through managing teams & delivering complex safety & risk strategies.

Salary: £56,100 – £63,240 per annum depending on skills and experience
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time, Home or remote working; 36 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 09:00‑17:00 & Friday 09:00‑15:30)
Location: Hybrid – home working with travel required to Head Office in Leamington Spa and other BPAS units as required. Office address: Orion House, Athena Drive, Warwick, CV34 6RQ.
All members of the Senior Operating Team will be required to participate in an on‑call rota. You may need to respond up to 9 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays approximately four times per year.
