Patient Portal Support

Assist both inpatients and outpatients with the initial setup of their Patient Portal account and provide ongoing support as they learn to navigate its features. By helping patients become familiar with this digital tool, you will contribute to improved patient care, enhanced communication, and a more efficient patient experience.

Volunteer Extension

Opportunity to work as a Patient Portal Volunteer, empowering patients to take control of their treatment and appointments by helping them access and navigate the online portal beyond the initial setup.
