Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Patient Pathway Coordinator to join their team in Reading. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Cardiology, Respiratory, and Stroke departments. Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering high levels of customer/patient service.
  • Experience working in an administrative environment.
  • Knowledge of the 18 week pathway is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Cardiology, Respiratory & Stroke Departments.
  • Schedule appointments and process clinic letters.
  • Handle patient queries and maintain high-quality service.

Handling patient/customer queries
Experience in a multi-disciplinary team

Using patient data systems

Education

Admin/Customer Care experience
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A-C
