Colosseum Dental UK Ltd is seeking a Patient Coordinator for Manor Dental Clinic in Oxford. You will coordinate patient appointments, working with nurses and dentists to keep the diary efficient and reduce wasted time while supporting patient care.

The role emphasizes growing the practice, providing competitive pay and access to training through the CDUK Learning Academy, plus a range of employee benefits. The hours are Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:15.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy Manor Dental Clinic.

This 5 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene as well as implants to both NHS and private patients. The practice has a fantastic team and is close to local amenities with convenient transport links. There is no parking available.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Coordinator you will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.15 - 17.15
