Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment within Roseberry Park Hospital as part of the Hotel Services team, focusing on patient and staff areas.

You will work 30.5 hours per week across early shifts (7am–6pm) including weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and patient care. Experience in a hospital setting is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (to be completed within 12 months)
• Numeracy and Literacy to level 2
• NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping (within agreed timescale)

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and catering services as part of the Hotel Services team to offices, patients and communal areas.
• Be based at Roseberry Park Hospital and work shifts 7am–6pm including weekends and bank holidays.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service in a demanding environment.
