Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, patient-focused contact centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and case resolutions for assigned patient cohort.
• Provide empathetic, clear communication and resolve queries or complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Lead when needed and maintain accurate records.
