Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in a healthcare administrative or patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all patient enquiries.
• Manage the onboarding process for new patients.
• Provide feedback and manage complaints from patients.
