Patient Booker

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Patient Booker to begin working immediately in a hospital in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a temporary position with lots of opportunities.

Package

Salary: £13.20 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Booking patients in for appointments or their transport to and from hospital
• Chasing up reports
• Inputting patient data
• Being the first point of patient contact by answering the phone or email
• Ensuring patients appointments are booked correctly and efficiently
• Providing up to date information to patients
• Completing any administration duties that may be required

Key Skills

• You should have a keen eye for detail
• Great communication skills including both written and verbal is required
• You ideally will be passionate about people and want to help others
• Strong administration and booking experience and who worked either in primary or secondary NHS care
