Job summary

AbbVie UK seeks a Patient Relations Manager to support patient advocacy activities across therapy areas. You will coordinate PAG meetings, prepare briefing materials, and ensure governance and transparency in communications.

The role requires cross-functional liaison and meticulous record-keeping to enable high-quality PAG engagement. Reporting to Government Affairs & Patient Advocacy Managers, you will help maintain mapping, action logs, and commitments while delivering reliable project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings and logistics.
• Experience drafting briefing documents and meeting notes.
• Experience maintaining records, trackers and documentation for governance.
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in a regulated healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAG meetings and patient engagements with logistics, invitations, agendas and follow-up actions.
• Draft and compile briefing documents and strategy materials for senior managers.
• Maintain accurate records of PAG interactions for governance and transparency reporting.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support for patient advocacy activities across therapy areas.
• Support senior managers by aligning internal colleagues for PAG engagements and tracking commitments.
