A leading optical care provider in Wolverhampton seeks a Patient Advisor to deliver exceptional service to patients. The role includes building relationships, assisting in consultations, and scheduling treatments with a client-centric approach. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, previous experience with sales targets, and a passion for customer service. This position offers a competitive salary, flexible hours, and ongoing training in a supportive environment.
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours (must be flexible to work weekends)
Salary: From £26,000 per annum + Bonus
Location: Wolverhampton with occasional cover at Dudley Clinic
