A leading healthcare provider in the City of London is seeking a reliable Patient Adviser to offer exceptional front-desk service to patients. The role involves managing enquiries, processing appointments, and supporting healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and a GCSE or equivalent. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.21, equating to an annual salary of £23,809.50.
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Patient Adviser to join our friendly and supportive team at Portland Medical Centre, part of the Bourne Health Partnership. The Patient Adviser team is the first point of contact for patients and all visitors at Portland Medical Centre. The Patient Advisers provide a reception service and handle all queries from patients on reception. The team also deals with day‑to‑day enquiries that come to the practice via our online portal.

£12.21 an hour. Based on 37.5 hours per week the annual salary will be £23,809.50.
