A leading healthcare trust in Birmingham seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves maintaining data accuracy and providing a friendly service in a busy environment. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in administration. This is a full-time position with potential flexible working arrangements.
Flexible working arrangements may be considered and discussions with the recruiting manager regarding this are encouraged. The post holder will be required to undertake a range of tasks working in a busy, fast‑paced environment covering a 24/7 service. Tasks will include the smooth functioning of the department, including the Birth Centre, Delivery Suite, Induction of Labor and the Maternity Emergency Department.
