Patient Access Officer (Cheshire)

Patient Access Officer Cheshire: The Wilmslow Hospital, Cheshire SK9 1 NY. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday‑Friday, 1 in 6 Saturdays. Shifts on rotational basis – 6 am‑2 pm, 8 am‑4 pm, 10 am‑6 pm, 12 pm‑8 pm. Permanent Contract. Salary: £26,052 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey.
  • Work closely with The Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure excellence across the facility.
  • Part of the Front of House team, dealing with enquiries in person, via telephone and email, and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a healthcare setting or customer service setting, delivering exceptional service.
  • Team player with a can‑do attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate.
