• 2+ years' experience in leadership as Team Leader or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage production staff.
• Set and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor material usage and waste to ensure it is within tolerance.
• Lead and mentor production staff for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, H&S, and Food Safety regulations.
