Job summary

Dawn Ellmore Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Patent Records Paralegal to join a leading IP firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support UK, European and international patent portfolios, managing records, deadlines, new matters and correspondence with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Experience with Patent and/or Trade Mark Records and case management systems is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records.
• Familiarity with case management systems is desirable.

Our client, a leading IP firm are seeking an experienced Patent Records Paralegal to join their firm on a full-time, permanent basis in London.

You will support the firm’s UK, European and international patent portfolios, managing records, key deadlines, new matters and correspondence while providing wider records and formalities support. Those with experience using Inprotech will be looked upon favourably!

We are looking for someone with experience in Patent and/or Trade Mark Records and strong attention to detail and confidence using case management systems.
