You will join a lean, high-velocity legal team in London or NYC and drive infringement and validity analyses while shaping product features for litigation workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in patent litigation, a technical background, and a track record at top-tier firms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in patent litigation at associate or senior associate level

Responsibilities

• Conduct infringement and validity analysis across technical domains
• Advise on litigation risk and develop strategic recommendations for clients using the platform
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to shape litigation workflows within the platform
• Support prosecution-to-litigation handoffs across the IP lifecycle
• Translate litigation expertise into platform features for product development
