A typical day as a PAT Tester at phs includes:

• Traveling to customer sites to carry out Portable Appliance Testing.
• Completing tests on portable appliances within customer premises.
• Producing daily results that meet client and external accreditation standards.
• Representing phs Compliance with positive customer service as the face of the company.
• Ensuring professional, safe, and timely service delivery on client sites, primarily during normal working hours (40 hours/week), with occasional out-of-hours work depending on client needs.

The ideal candidate for a PAT Tester at phs will have:

• A full UK manual Driving License held for at least 12 months (subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
• Flexibility to work outside core 9-5 hours and spend up to 8 hours on site.
• C&G 2377 qualification preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
• The ability to perform manual work for extended periods.
• Adaptability to different environments and customers daily.
• Basic IT, numeracy, literacy, and good communication skills.
• A desire to pursue a career within the electrical industry.
