Qualifications

• Previous management experience, preferably in food retail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, performance, scheduling, and task assignments.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve commercial targets.
• Conduct audits to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Champion stock availability and oversee stock management.
• Serve as a role model for customer service.
• Ensure store team is safe, motivated, and well-trained.
