Qualifications

• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• Completed full kitchen apprentice and chefs training courses.
• Expert in menu development, pricing, production, and delivery skills.
• Expert in hygiene, health and safety know how.
• Expert in product quality and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Sous Chef in supervising kitchen activities.
• Prepare and cook high quality food according to menu guidelines.
• Communicate any issues arising within the section to the Executive Sous Chef.
