Job Description

• Be the heart of the decoration station: piping buttercream, royal icing, ganache, chocolate, glazes, mirror finishes, and more quickly and beautifully.
• Work with consistent consistency, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the baking and pastry team to deliver on tight production schedules and high-volume orders.
• The start is no earlier than 6 or 7 AM, with finishing no later than 8 PM (8‑9 hour shifts).

Job Specification

• Proven experience as a pastry decorator, cake artist, or similar role in a bakery, pâtisserie, cake studio, or high‑volume dessert production setting.
• Strong piping skills under time pressure you know how to work fast and beautifully.
• Hands‑on experience with buttercream piping, glazing.
• Excellent attention to detail, a steady hand, and an eye for colour balance and finesse.
• Ability to maintain consistency of design across batches even when busy.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, allergy awareness, and safe handling of decorative ingredients.
