A pub company is seeking a Pastry Chef to join their kitchen team in Chelmsford. The role involves preparing and presenting dishes, maintaining culinary standards, and supporting junior chefs. We are recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef to join and develop with our kitchen team. You will be competent following and creating your own recipes within pastry, and be able to deal with the pressures of a busy venue You will relish the opportunity to learn through the Executive Chef and be able to help and support the kitchen brigade.
You will already have ambitions of what kind of chef you are aspiring to be, with an idea of creative new dishes.
Having a good level of culinary skills, we will help develop your management skills to progress you to Sous and even Head Chef levels through our in-house training and development scheme with opportunities in the group for you once ready.
