From the founders of the Michelin‑starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, we are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join Legado – a brand‑new Spanish restaurant located in Shoreditch. Legado, meaning ‘legacy’ in Spanish, will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food. The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all‑encapsulating experience to our guests. You’ll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly, we are looking for people who are as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!
