The Pastry Chef is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and innovation of desserts, pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods. This role requires expert knowledge in baking techniques, attention to detail, and creativity in flavor and design, while ensuring consistency and high quality in every product.
Prepare a wide range of baked goods including pastries, tarts, cakes, mousses, cookies, breads, and plated desserts.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes or personal formulations.
Operate pastry and bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, sheeters, etc.) safely and efficiently.
